Honey Butter Ginger Carrots

Ingredients:

  1. Baby carrots or chopped carrots

  2. Butter

  3. Honey

  4. Ginger

  5. Salt

Instructions:

  1. Place carrots, water, honey, ginger and salt in a pot and set on medium heat

  2. Cook until the carrots are tender

  3. If the water runs low and the carrots are still hard add a bit more water

  4. When the water is almost gone stir the carrots well to glaze with the remaining liquid

  5. Eat immediately or freeze and reheat in microwave
